Best Version of Yourself
Are you walking in the best version of yourself? By walking in self acceptance. I will want to share with you some helpful strategies, or two pieces of wisdom that you can begin to apply to human life, so that you can walk in the best version of you. By walking in self acceptance.
The first thing I'm going to share with you is to begin to identify your strengths; your gifts, your talents, your abilities, and what makes you unique. And once you identify those things that make you unique and your skills, your talents, and your abilities, begin to embrace that. So many times so often, it was one of the things we dislike about ourselves. And when we do that we allow the things we don't like to overpower the things that a good about us.
So begin to analyst your skills, your abilities, and your talents. The things that make you unique and embrace that, be proud of those things that make you unique, and don't allow yourself to ponder on the negative things that you cannot change.
The next thing I'm going to share with you is to begin to set goals for yourself; it's so very important that we set goals for ourselves. And you can do that by just getting the vision board, you can get a journal, you can write it down on paper. I prefer a journal or a vision board, because if you use the newspaper you can have the tendency to accidentally misplace it or anything happened to it. So begin to write down your goals, what is it that you desire to do in your life and be gentle with yourself, and you set deadlines to meet these certain things you desire to accomplish in your life, self acceptance is always about embracing the things that are unique, your skills, your abilities. So as you do that, you'll begin to move forward into your greatness.
Now, in order to continue to move forward in your greatness you need to continue to set goals, you don't want to be complacent, you don't want to be stuck where you are, but continue to stretch yourself. And you do this by setting goals for yourself 30, 60, 90 Day goals that you wish to accomplish things. If you don't meet the deadline for that, don't be hard on yourself. We then apply that at a later time on your calendar, so that you can revisit it.
I also want you to begin to celebrate your accomplishment; big or small. So many times we always want to give light on those huge things that we have accomplished, and we often overlook the small wins, the small accomplishments that we have gone forth to achieve. Begin to recognize and honor yourself for meeting those small wins, those small accomplishments, because as we know, small wins add up to big wins. If you add everything up.
So I want you to begin to be gentle with yourself as you begin to analyze your gifts, your strengths, your abilities and what makes you unique. Continue to walk in your greatness by setting goals for yourself, stretching yourself to move beyond your place of confort.
