Stop Hiding Your Light!

Matthew 5:14-16 The Passion Translation

14 “Your lives light up the world. For how can you hide a city that stands on a hilltop?[a] 15 And who would light a lamp and then hide it in an obscure place?[b] Instead, it’s placed where everyone in the house can benefit from its light. 16 So don’t hide your light![c] Let it shine brightly before others, so that your commendable works[d] will shine as light upon them, and then they will give their praise to your Father in heaven.”

Did you know that you are so talented and gifted?

You might be saying to yourself, yeah right!

But, everyone on earth has something that they are good at.  Not everyone has the same gifts, talents, or abilities. That is why it is unadvisable to compare your gifts and talents with another’s gifts or talents…because we are all different.  

No one was made exactly the same.  However we are all called to let our lights shine, yet some of us don’t because of various mindsets (that we may possess)  and situations that we have experienced.  But through those challenging experiences that you experienced, you were able to walk away with more wisdom, and clarity on how to address the situation a second time…making you wiser.

Stop hiding your light!  

Let your light shine in your: home, job, business, family, community.

Stop hiding your light..someone….somewhere is waiting for you to shine….
